“…the reader needs to know that the highest concentrations of 7-dehydrocholesterol
are found in the stratum basale and stratum spinosum.

Accordingly, these two layers have the greatest capability for production of previtamin D3 and vitamin D3, whereas the other layers have a lesser capability…

The second most prevalent cells are the melanocyte cells, which produce the pigment melanin.

The melanocytes are mostly located in the innermost layer of the epidermis, the stratum basale….” {i.e. where the vitamin D3 percursor is mostly found…upon stimulation by the UVB}

So here we see, that vitamin D3 is produced by melanocytes, as well as adjacent keratinocytes (skin cells that make keratin)….

Melanocytes are the cells that are responsible for the dark skin of present day Africans and African Americans.

So how come they keep telling you that your God-given melanin prevents the sun-light from entering your skin in order to make Vitamin D?

Someone is surely manipulating the medical data, but for what purpose? For your harm ofcourse. The system was designed to murder you melaninated people and keep you down.

Recall that most food in North America is already supplemented with synthetic vitamin D. Recall too that excess vitamin D could lead to heart failure as the heart is quickly calified by calcitrates (or calcium precusors also known as vitamin D).

Recall that African-Americans have one of the highest rates of heart diseases in North America. Recall too that the first step the Doctor takes when you start suffering heart problems is to put you on de-calcifiers or calcium blockers. I fcalcium and vitamin D aka calcitrate were so helpful, why would they hurt the human heart and blood vessels.

The morale is this, if you feel as a black person that you need vitamin D or calcium, source them natural. Get enough sunshine, eat foods that contain vitamin D and calcium like artichoke, fish bone, chicken bones (now you know why black people in Africa eat bony chickens) etc.

But for goodness sake, avoid or reduce synthetic vitamin D. It will lead you to early death given the discussion above.

A word is enough for the wise.
