Strange and Ominous Clouds Hover Over Moscow, Russia
An ominous, portentous and luminous ring-shaped UFO-like cloud appeared, hovering over the city of Moscow the capital of Russia last week Wednesday October 7, 2009.
The pale gold UFO-lookalike could be seen above the Russian capital city’s Western District and was captured on film by stunned Muscovites.
Government spokesmen quickly tried to dismiss the phenomenon as something ordinary but residents were clearly troubled by this unprecedented cosmic event.
Ofcourse they should be worried. When one remembers the warnings about the signs of the times….

Teslar shield technology…updraft from a factory being expelled all at once(bubble of hot air…the sun creating a halo effect in the clouds. There are many things that could create this odd effect in the clouds, we shouldn’t start running around shouting Aliens! i’m sure their more intelligent than that (if they do exist at all).

My own theory is its a demonstration of laser tech, An high energy laser in orbit discribing a circle would ‘burn’ the cluds in that pattern allowing the sun stream though. This is the Russkies saying look what we can do.

Maybe not lazes but Haarp, this might be a domonstration of what it can do or if we have been using it and the ionosphere might be reacting.
