The past twenty years have given rise to tremendous changes in the provision of formal schooling on the African continent. From the expansion of private universities to the increase in the numbers of girls enrolled in schools, many African governments have made enormous strides in their ability to provide educational access to their citizens.

I-brations: The Africentric Muse-letter, is now accepting submissions from artists of all disciplines that focus on the worldwide Afrikan/Black music experience. I-brations: The Africentric Muse-letter, is a multidisciplinary publication focusing on, from varying directions and dimensions, the exhibition of the total Afrikan World musical experience through electronic/printed media.
