Y-chromosome haplotypes in Egypt

Scientists filtered Y-chromosome haplotypes in the Nile River Valley in Egypt in 274 unrelated males, using the p49a,f TaqI polymorphism. These individuals were born in three regions along the river: in Alexandria (the Delta and Lower Egypt), in Upper Egypt, and in Lower Nubia. Fifteen different p49a,f TaqI haplotypes are present in Egypt, the three most common being haplotype V, haplotype XI, and haplotype IV.

Haplotype XI:

Haplotype XI shows a preponderance in the south (in C – Nubia, 30.4%; B – Upper Egypt, 28.8%).” See – G. Lucott, G. Mercier
International Institute of Anthropology, Paris, France

Haplotype XI [in this paper] is E3b1, and originates among the East Africans – Borana, Somali, Oromo, etc.. E3b1 is derived from southern African E3b.

E3b/Pn2 clade:

Dry and technical as it may seem, the Pn2 clade is what matters in biology. It directly proves the primary and common origins and relationships between Ancient Egyptians and other Africans.

Haplotype IV {E3A} is almost absent in A , {the delta} (1.2%), and
preponderant in B {Upper Egypt} (27.3%) and C {lower Nubia} (39.1%)
– – G. Lucott, G. Mercier

E3A:

The distribution of [E3A] in Africa has usually been explained by the “Bantu migrations”, but their presence in the Nile Valley in non-Bantu speakers cannot be explained in this way.
Their existence is better explained by their being present in populations of the early Holocene Sahara, who in part went on to people the Nile Valley in the mid-Holocene (!!!), according to H*filtered*an (198; this occured long before the “Bantu migrations”, which also do not exlain the high frequency of M2 in Senegal, since there are no Bantu speakers there either

  1. The true genetic story of Africa and mankind are fascinating.

The haplogroup E1b1 originated in Ethiopia, generated E1b1a, which is usually associated the Bantu migrations, and E1b1b, which is usually associated with the spread of Afro-Asiatic.

Obviously at one point E1b1 and E1b1a (E3A-M2) must have lived in close proximity. Usually the spread of Bantu is placed in West Africa, but their haplogroup is Ethiopian.

So the Rastas were right – we come from (or out of) Ethiopia.

  2. Haplogroup E1b1a has been found for Ramses III and his son.

Let met repeat that – the haplogroup characteristic of the Bantu Expansion has been found in a very late, Ancient Egyptian pharaoh of the 20th Dynasty, around the 12th Century BC. The Bantu Expansion is usually put ‘3000 years ago’, also around 1000 BC.

Did the Bantus expand from the Nile Valley, or East Africa as their haplogroup E1b1a suggests. East Africa is also the home of direct ancestor E1b1 and E1b1b, associated with the spread of Afro-Asiatic language family (South-, Central and East- Cushitic, Omotic, Beja, Hausa, Berber, Ancient Egyptian, Semitic).

This throws the research into the origins of the Bantu people and language into a whole new light. Cheikh Anta Diop has an entire chapter in his book “The African Origins Of Civilisation” dedicated to ‘The Peopling Of Africa From The Nile Valley’.

Here is the evidence and reference, signed off on by anti-Afrocentrist Zahi Hawass, from the British Medical Journal:

” Genetic kinship analyses revealed identical haplotypes in both mummies (table 1); using the Whit Athey’s haplogroup predictor, we determined the Y chromosomal haplogroup E1b1a. ”

  3. We told you so!! Bantu are a recent creation of the Europeans of the 19th century, who falsely presented them as the true “Negroes,” and the real majority of Africans. If you look at the map of Africa of 3000 years ago,you will find the southern portion inhabited by the Khoisan ,in the Congo forest you will find hunters whom they insult by calling them “Pygmies.” To the east you will find ancient pastoral communities who originally came down the Nile from where else? Egypt. The question then is where did Bantu come from and how did they so swiftly invade the sub Saharan Africa and overwhelmed it in no time.
The sub Saharan population in 1900 was about 23 million (Populsat 2000).Now it is about 270 million,an increase of over 12 folds in one century. What is amazing is that in 1900,the population of Rwanda and Burundi equaled that of the entire Tanganyika! That tells me that Bantu, wherever they came from are very recent. In my calculation of Bantu population prior to 1900 going back 500 years, I estimated that their population increased five fold.Going further back, allowing an increase of two folds in such a harsh environment before the introduction of food crops from the Americas,Bantu population was down to 0 by 100 AD.

This is all confusing because Bantu theorists do not want to admit that their theory is full of holes and should have been thrown out already.Geneticists are wasting precious resources looking for a gene which was never there. There is no such a thing as a “Bantu gene.” Geneticists should follow wherever the genetic results lead, regardless of what our Bantu theorists say.

As for Egypt? Yes we all Africans came from Egypt, some went west while others went down the Nile. This is no longer an Afrocentrists’ fantasy.

      1. The population of South Africa in 1900 during British colonial rule, was 1,400,000.That was less than the population of Rwanda, that was reported by the Germans in WW1 to be two million. The population of Mozambique has increased 70 times between 1900 and 2000! Bantu whoever they are, they are a real mystery, and they are the ones who need to do their own digging about their past, who they really are, and they must reject the brand names that the 19th century colonialists branded them.

        1. Im doing some digging and I believe the “Bantu” people are the tribes of the 12 “lost” tribes of ??
We were scattered into africa (10 different tirbes) while the tribe of Judah was sent on ships to north and south America as well as the islands.

  4. Ramses III has haplogroup E1b1a.

Tutankhamon’s dna, according to DNA Tribes, is most like the dna of people living in Southern Africa today, where the main haplogroup is E1b1a.

DNA Tribes: “These regional matches do not necessarily indicate an exclusively African ancestry for the Amarna pharaonic family. However, results indicate these ancient individuals inherited some alleles that today are more frequent in populations of Africa than in other parts of the world (such as D18S51=19 and D21S11=34).”
