  1. Reminds me of Ancient and Modern Britains (1884) by David McRitchie
    The book is very much about his time talking about lower and higher cultures, primitive and so. Even outright racist, as he quotes others.
    Curiously stopping with Charles II Stuart, The Black Boy.
    There used to be a type, still seen among Gypsies,
    of Blonds with a dark sin. Like those aboriginals from Australia. So even is a historical noble or king is described as blond, they were still black of complexion.
    My blue blood theory stares Brown and black complexioned Europeans ruled, civilized and christianized Europe (1100-1848) and all race related problems today, come from this era.
