"Genetic inferiority" means that there is a smaller number of variations within the genes that can lead to possible harmful mutations -- this stems from a small initial population. It has NOTHING to do with intelligence or progress. This was meant to be a scientific article about genetics, not some political rhetoric. It's amazing that this had to be explained.
