The Afro-Persian (a Bandari of Homorzgan in South Iran) is making fun of people from Northern Iran who form the majority of the capital city of Tehran, centre of Iran. Those paler skin Northerns are often ignorant of the existence of Bandari Afro Iranians . He is describing the reaction of those people in a cynical manner which pokes fun at their level of ignorance. He is flaying their ignorance and weak presumptions, but in a very funny way. Basically a diss to all the foolish notions one finds among the pale skiin immigrants who now lay claims to the heritage of Persia.

Very interesting….but not suprising. Conquest followed by oppression of all people of african descent has been going on for the last two or more centuries. Iran, Iraq or anywhere else is no exception. People of european descent are part of these cultures too thus the racist tactics exist there as well.
Farsi is an Indo-European dialect or language,read an article by Joseph Harris I think who said Afro-Iranians pronounciations are ridiculed by the pale toned Iranians.Are some of the people in the vid descendants of the Elamites? Yes slavery is the reason some are there today though some are probaly descendants of traders,etc.who moved there like some of the African-Indians moved to India by choice.{Yellow Oriental Asians are good racism also,{Irian Jaya part of Papua} in Indonesia.

Not true!! Before any Europeans were in that region the Nubian Kushite empire ruled that area, they were black people from, Nubian Ancient the name of the whole continent. This before the greeks came in and divided the land and called it africa, which means land separation!!!!!
