mystery man makes the most sense. Black people that originated from Africa did NOT look like the Black people today (The skulls are just way off). People did come FROM AFrica, but and migrated around the world, but like all Creatures, mutations caused these AFRICANS to turn into the current races of today depending on the region. The many cultures were developed by these people who moved away from their African roots and became the chinese culture, European culture and Aboriginal Cultures. That is why the world is so diverse and it isn't ruled by one culture, one race, or one nation.

The original man may have originated from Africa, but modern man and it's achievements originated from their own distinct evolution and creative cultures.

this theory does not go against Prof Jin Li, yet explains and helps show the single origin theory while making sense with modern Science and studies.

Hi, I read many posts here. It is rather, interesting, the website.

Your comments on the origins of mankind was reinforcing but a bit redundant because everyone knows that humans came from Africa. But the thing that gets me is that this website of yours uses "ambiguous terms". When you say Europeans, you should mention the Original Europeans or Original Asians. Further you should also make it known that modern Europeans and modern Asians came from Africa because of numerous amount of similar base sequences found in modern Europeans, Asians, and Africans compared to the "original" people in Africa.

Another point I would like to add is that the website makes it seem that each civilization was founded by Black Africans. This is somewhat untrue. When Europeans and Asians made their civilazations throughout Europe and Asia, the people have developed lighter skin and facial features different from both the "original" Africans and modern day Africans. As the Europeans and Asians back then created their civilizations, the Africans who were evolving in Africa were also creating their unique civilizations throughout Africa. I believe on are that is overlooked and "undiscovered" is Sudan and other areas of East Africa.

Second in regards to Mystern Man, he has some ring of truth, because it is known that Dark Skinned Africans left Africa 100,000 to about 150,000 years ago and settled in different parts of the world. Then, the people evolved and became more advanced. Simultaneously, the Africans who remained in Africa kept their complexion and evolved into more advanced humans too.

I don't know what you were discussing, but the little black dwarves were a series of hunter and gatherers who made contact to the higher evolved humans in Africa, Asia, and Europe. Although they can be considered Black People, they are genetically different from the Black Africans from 100,000 years ago and from modern day Africans. But they are Black and did also come from Africa, but calling them Black Africans may be a misnomer. It is like calling Europeans or Asians who hundreds of thousands of years ago Black Africans too.

Myserable man

I gave you a hard lesson, but you remain ungrateful like the ignorant wretch that you are. Now listen up for more teachings:

1. Y-DNA chromosome does not influence human phenotype.

2. There were Black Chinese in China, including the Sasiyat tribes, and the Shang Dynasty.

3. Afro-centric perspective is simply viewing life from an African centered angle. It is pushing the limits of the HIS-story and moving the discourse to OUR-story.

4. Afro-centric view of life has disclosed amazing truths about the achievement and legacies of Black people the world over. It is a good way to view life.

5. You are a not a medical student, and I caught you pants down with that limp lie.

6. Dont come and fool around Rastalivewire when you have not studied your facts. It is electric here...and we shock!

Take care

Although I said I wouldn't reply, I think I should. I did not mention anything about the Y chromosome. And for your information, the Y Chromosome does influence phenotype. Do you even know what a Phenotype is? It is obvious that you don't know genetics. The Y-Chromosome is responsible for testosterone and male characteristics. READ, Just READ. Don't just read my post, but read a genetics book. And second, so what if there were Pygmies in Asia? Were they responsible for creating the Chinese Culture, language, and civilzation from about 3000 BCE to the present? No. Could they have contributed something to Chinese Culture and Civilization? Maybe.

Now, I got better things to do than argue with an foolish Centrist who, being the arrogant fool, pretends he knows something, disparages intellectual remarks, and claims to know many things about evolution, anthropology, and science. Keep spreading your illogical propaganda, and you will ensure that your kind will remain ignorant.

Mysteryman Pseudo-medical student

You are not a medical student cause you just committed an unforgivable faux pas.

Y-DNA mutations do not affect the phenotypes of the bearers. To have that come out of your mind, tells me you either have no mind at all, or your mind power is very weak.

That unforgivable mistake demonstrates that you are not even a high school student of science not to talk of Med School. You are a pink punk that hangs desperately on discredited so-called white supremacy theory for self-validation.

I will ignore the rest of your demented babbling as I give you some real history.

So your little unschooled mind told you that Chinese of today "evolved" from Africans of yesterday? Well my dear fool, read this article from a Taiwanese Newspaper about the little African (your so-called Blacks) people that civilized the Mongol hordes. This was written by Chinese for Chinese in Taiwan-China:

In honor of the Little Black People

The Saisiyat tribe of Hsinchu and Miaoli will perform a solemn rite this weekend to commemorate a race of people that they exterminated

By Jules Quartly
STAFF REPORTER
Saturday, Nov 27, 2004,Page 16

Xiangtian Lake is one of two places to see the ritual. Drinking, singing and dancing are expected to take place deep in the mountains of Miaoli and Hsinchu when the “Ritual of the Little Black People” is performed by the Saisiyat tribe once again this weekend.

For the past 100 years or so, the Saisiyat tribe has performed the songs and rites of the festival to bring good harvests, ward off bad luck and keep alive the spirit of a race of people who are said to have preceded all others in Taiwan.

In fact, the short, black men the festival celebrates are one of the most ancient types of modern humans on this planet and their kin still survive in Asia today. They are said to be diminutive Africoids and are variously called Pygmies, Negritos and Aeta. They are found in the Philippines, northern Malaysia, Thailand, Sumatra in Indonesia and other places.

Chinese historians called them “black dwarfs” in the Three Kingdoms period (AD 220 to AD 280) and they were still to be found in China during the Qing dynasty (1644 to 1911). In Taiwan they were called the “Little Black People” and, apart from being diminutive, they were also said to be broad-nosed and dark-skinned with curly hair.
After the Little Black People — and well before waves of Han migrations after 1600 — came the Aboriginal tribes, who are part of the Austronesian race. They are thought to have come from the Malay Archipelago 6,000 years ago at the earliest and around 1,000 years ago at the latest, though theories on Aborigine migration to Taiwan are still hotly debated. Gradually the Little Black People became scarcer, until a point about 100 years ago, when there was just a small group living near the Saisiyat tribe. The story goes that the Little Black People taught the Saisiyat to farm by providing seeds and they used to party together.

“Tribal disputes later lead to warfare”. The Saisiyat killed off by the little Black People over time. Just two Little Black People survived. Before departing eastward, they taught the Saisiyat about their culture and passed down some of their songs, saying if they did not remember their people they would be cursed and their crops would fail.
The Saisiyat kept their promise and have held the Ritual of the Little Black People every year, though they scaled down the ceremonies during the Japanese colonial period (1895 to 1945). Now the ritual is held every two years on the 10th full moon of the lunar calendar, with a big festival once every 10 years. At this time, the Saisiyat are not supposed to fight and they congregate in their ancestral areas of Miaoli and Hsinchu, in the mountains.

“I’ve seen it written of as a celebration, but to me it seemed quite a mournful affair, especially in the way the music came across, which was trancelike, a haunting kind of chant with a series of 10 to 15 songs,” said long-term Taiwan resident Lynn Miles, who has been to the ritual three times and will be going again this year.

“There’s nothing else quite like it in its tone and in its mood. I’ve been to other festivals but this is non-stop.”

Miles said the dances were not set pieces but usually involved holding hands and moving around in a circle, chanting, with those who know the songs doing most of the singing and a shaman figure keeping order.

A spokeswoman at the Council of Indigenous Peoples (under the Executive Yuan) said that those who have “unclean thoughts” have their souls snatched by the spirits of the Little Black People and will pass out until the shaman revives them.

Miles said the shaman seemed to serve a public-order function by chasing off those who were too drunk or out of order.

The ceremonies are held in two places. The ritual began yesterday in Nanchuang Township, Miaoli County, and will carry on there until Monday. Rituals start today in Wufeng Township, Hsinchu County, and will last through tomorrow.

Getting there:

To Wufeng:
Route 122 to Wufeng can be accessed off No. 1 Highway near Toufen.

To Nanchuang:
Take western No. 1 Highway. Near Toufen, take Route 124 toward Sanwan to Nanchuang. Shuttle buses will take visitors to the ritual site at Xiangtian Lake.

Y-DNA mutation does not affect phenotype. Any high school student of biology would explain that to you. But that is way above your illiterate mind.

Wow, you must be a master geneticist. I must take off my hat and bow to an eccentric, illogical, arrogant, and delusional Afro-Centrist, who, like the rest of your kind, has a tendency to manipulate the words of other people and miscontrue the meaning of words that you don't understand.

I happen to be a medical student, studying at an accredited United States Medical College. I know a bit more about genetics than you. Further, I actually understand scientific writing. If you read my earlier post, you would realize that I wrote that all people originate from Africa from about 50,000~100,000 years ago. That next thing I mentioned is consistent with what Dr. Jin-Li said in his paper. Further, he mentions that 100,000 years ago, Africans migrated out of it to areas of Europe and Asia. Since we are on the topic of China, I am going to recapitulate what I said earlier. Some of these migrants arrived in China and settled down. Around 10,000 years ago, DNA mutations occurred. As a result, the inhabitants of China began to change their phenotype due to the non-fatal DNA mutations. Eventually, because the groups of people lived within marrying distance, these DNA mutations or genes, if you will, were easily perpetuated within the region of modern day China. Modern day Chinese look more like these people with the new mutations than their original African counterparts. Apparently, if you actually took the time to read my post closely and react like an animal, you will realize that my post actually has validity. Further, if you took the time to read legitimate scientific literature carefully, interpret them, and understand them, you will realize there is more logic in this hypothesis than anything that your Centrist colleagues have expressed. In fact, the notion that people migrated out of AFrica, settled into their respective regions of the planet, and continued to evolve into the people we see as we do now is more rational and more accepted in fields of anthropology, biology, human evolution, and genetics than your foolish belief that BLACK Africans (like the ones we see today in Sub-Sahara Africa) were the people to give rise to the Chinese Civilization (from the time of the Xia, Shang, etc.).

Just as a side note, Evolution relies on DNA mutations. You like to denigrate me, yet, you are the one with limited knowledge and an inflated Ego. You mention that Evolution and DNA mutations are not related. But if you actually studied SCIENCE, Not AFROCENTRIC PSEUDOSCIENCE, you will realize that Evolution relies on DNA mutations for it to occur. The DNA mutations, which occurs in the genes, must be non-fata and passed onto consecutive generations. That alone, is one way of how evolution works. Apparently, you do not and probably cannot understand how biology, genetics, and evolution work.

You take subjective opinions and other people's hypotheses and either feed off of them, or you manipulate what's been said to make it appear to support your bogus ideas. I am not going to reply to anything else you say, JAHDEY, because you just don't have the intelligence to understand anything related to science and the scientific method. Keep reading your Centric papers, and keep believing that you know something when in reality, you don't.
