The Judge in his infinite wisdom elected to decline the leave for appeal, which means that Andre is to be sentenced possibly by end of May. The system is once again proving what a 'democratic' society we live in. The judgement was so obviously skewed to the views of the defence, it is not funny! Even the doctor who was the Dept of Public Prosecutions main witness sent an email to David Crowe in Canada admitting to him that he had his doubts about the link between HIV/AIDS! Go figure.... Things are horrible here.Almost 90% of them who tests positive are forced to take AZT. Nobody even tells them the tests can be inaccurate. A few people who knows the truth are affraid to speak out. I hope things are better in Australia and the judge John Sulan will take a fair dissidion. I am loking forword to getting good news soon. I live in Russia. We do have a case and let's get behind the Australian dissidents. Prosecutions have taxpayers money therefore they can call in all these witnesses. We are seeking funds to keep Andre Parenzee from an outrageously long jail sentence and which will give new hope to victims of the dogma all over the world. Andre has been without the toxic medication for over a year, has not seen a doctor for over a year and has been in prison, without a sentence as yet, for two years. What a joke our justice system is?
