We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the position of Sexual Assault Support Centre (SASC) Manager!

Reporting to the Executive Coordinator of Student Services and the Director of Student Governance, the SASC Manager will be responsible for the operation of the Sexual Assault Support Centre for the AMS of UBC Vancouver, as well as providing support for survivors of sexual assault and raising the profile of sexual assault issues to the AMS membership and the UBC Community.

The successful candidate will possess experience managing a team including full cycle recruitment, training and discipline, which will enable you to coach your team to succeed in goals and continually improve their skills. Using your experience and formal training in this field, you will need to uphold the most confidential practices in supporting survivors of sexual assault, as well as use your creativity and knowledge to promote the services of the Centre. SASC is made up of a very small team, including a part time Coordinator and volunteers. This full time position (35 hours per week) comes with excellent remuneration and a competitive benefits package.
