Kwame Ture on the History of Haiti

E-mail Print

This is an excellent video about the history of Haiti, imperialism, and Western powers by Kwame Ture. The video also suggests how Haiti will be liberated to its former glory.

I was born to Struggle so I embrace it willingly. However, Time has a way of partnering with Death that make urgency
a constant. It is very uplifting to see that so many African Organizations are flourishing but if I might make a suggestion and please share it with your network.

Involving oneself "In The Struggle" is not the least bit glamorous but very, very hard work. At 59 I am attempting to complete my degree to better serve Our People in order to better Humanity. The Struggle leaves behind little footprints of cultural, political and historical value.

I have in my possession memorabilia. There is a letter from Dr. John Henrik Clark, a photo of Queen Mother Moore and myself taken in London in 1982. The slogan Black by Nature Proud By Choice Imported From Africa are words I coined back in 1987 upon my arrival in Atlanta to pursue my degree at GSU. There are countless others like me who have served. Take our memories and use them to further The Struggle
