Squeals Of Crickets
|
 |
|
Thunder bolts across the sky
Patches of clouds string together
Sealing off the slivers of light
That strikes the ocean and the forest
From the West—
And instead of raining water
Fire falls amidst endless seasons of drought
Unto the crunchy crispy brown leaves
And twisted woods forming the forest.
The starving darkly coloured crickets
Squeal and squeal and...and die |
